Refer a Property
Agents earn their commission when they bring a seller to auction, and upon successful closure of the auction, based on the final sale price and agreement with the seller. Additionally, Auction Central refers all unsuccessful bidders from the auction to the listing agent. the auction marketing campaign is also co-branded with the referring agency.
Refer a Winning Bidder
Agents receive a referral percentage of the bidder's fee when they bring a bidder to auction, and the property is successfully sold to that client.

Refer a Colleague's Property to Auction: Agents who refer a colleague struggling to sell a property listed at R1 million or above to Auction Central earn a referral percentage of the bidder's fee upon successful auction closure.

By offering a 30-day sales option alongside their traditional listing approach, they enhance their chances of success by leveraging Auction Central's marketing campaigns and network of qualified buyers.

Agents earn commissions when working with their clients, similar to traditional transactions. They can also share our Auction Alert opportunities with their database, earning a referral fee if someone from their mailing list becomes the winning bidder in any of our auctions.

Auction Central opens new avenues for agents to promote themselves nationally, developing additional networks of high-net-worth prospects. Each auction presents multiple opportunities to connect with motivated buyers and sellers, ideal for traditional purchases or sales. Auction Central co-brands each auction referred by an agent, providing them and their brand with valuable exposure.
